Crap . I broke my right arm ... while i was trying to SLAM DUNK with the help of a chair .. I Jump... I was lucky that i am able to reach to the ring . BUT ...Not enough strength to hold it . Then i fell down .. It was so freaking awful man .. I cant breath - -''
